China Glaze Purple Panic

purple Panic is a lovely purplish pink with blue shimmer. I LOVE blue shimmer in pinks! I have two coats on and as all neon polishes, this dries matte, so I added Sally hansen top coat, this is most defiantly another one of my favourites in the china glaze neon range ..
